Working at OLI
OLI Systems is a Start-Up working on blockchain-based distributed energy management solutions since 2016. OLI boxes and gateways can connect to each other via blockchains based on Ethereum technology forming local energy networks. We are an active member of the Energy Web Foundation and one of the first validators of the Energy Web Chain. Currently, OLI technology is used in applications of several energy suppliers and grid operators in Germany. Currently open positions:

Senior Blockchain Developer (Backend) (f/m/d) – Stuttgart
Your tasks:
- Lead the blockchain software development team
- Implement blockchain projects for electric vehicle charging, local energy markets and sustainable tokenization together with our energy experts
- Write, test and implement Smart Contracts
Your profile:
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or any related discipline
- Experience in Agile Software Development
- Solid knowledge in Solidity, Javascript, Python & Java
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular.js, React.js or Vue.js
- Familiarity with Node.js, MVC, CMS and WebAssembly
- Experience with cross-origin communication technologies such as Rest and SOAP
- Independent, output-oriented, careful and creative
- Solid command of English language (B2 and above)

Business Developer (f/m/d)
Your tasks:
- Close cooperation and strategic coordination with stakeholders and product owners
- Carrying out market analyses in the context of business development
- Identification, conception, and development of new business areas for existing as well as new products
- Data evaluation for decision making and meaningful reporting
- Creation of competitive pricing structures
Your profile:
- 2-3 years of professional experience in the IT sector, preferably with understanding of the energy industry
- Expertise in project management and handling of complex issues
- Strong analytical skills and experience in building analytical models
- Excellent communication skills and a high degree of adaptability
- Great willingness to learn – we are constantly evolving and expect you to evolve with us
- Written and verbal fluency in German and English
