§ 2 Information about the collection of personal data
(1) Below, we inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data are all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, email addresses, user behavior.
(2) When you contact us via email or through a contact form, the data you provide (your email address, possibly your name and telephone number) will be stored by us to answer your questions. The data collected in this context will be deleted once storage is no longer necessary or processing will be restricted if there are legal retention obligations.
(3) If we use contracted service providers for individual functions of our offer or wish to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you below in detail about the respective processes. We will also state the specified criteria for the duration of storage.

according to Art. 15 GDPR, request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can request information about the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been disclosed or will be disclosed, the planned duration of storage, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint, the origin of your data, if it was not collected by us, as well as about the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details;
according to Art. 16 GDPR, request the immediate rectification of inaccurate or completion of your personal data stored by us;
according to Art. 17 GDPR, request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, as long as the processing is not necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, to comply with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;
according to Art. 18 GDPR, request the restriction of processing of your personal data, as long as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you reject their deletion and we no longer need the data, but you need this for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims or you have lodged an objection against the processing according to Art. 21 GDPR;
according to Art. 20 GDPR, receive your personal data provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or request the transmission to another responsible party;
according to Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR, revoke your once granted consent at any time against us. This means that we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent in the future, and
according to Art. 77 GDPR, lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Generally, you can contact the supervisory authority of your habitual residence or workplace or our registered office for this purpose.

(1) When using the website for informational purposes only, i.e., when you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. (2) The processing of data for the purpose of contacting us takes place according to Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR based on your voluntarily given consent.
(3) The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after your inquiry has been completed.
§ 6 Disclosure of data
There is no transfer of your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We only share your personal data with third parties if: you have given your explicit consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR, the transfer is required according to Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data, in case there is a legal obligation for the transfer according to Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. c GDPR, as well as it is legally permissible and necessary according to Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR for the fulfillment of contractual relationships with you.
§ 7 Objection or withdrawal against the processing of your data
(1) If you have given consent for the processing of your data, you can revoke it at any time. Such a revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data after you have expressed it to us.
(2) As far as we base the processing of your personal data on balancing interests, you can object to the processing. This is the case if the processing is not necessary to fulfill a contract with you, as will be presented by us in the subsequent description of the functions. In exercising such an objection, we ask you to provide the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In the case of your justified objection, we will check the situation and either suspend or adjust the data processing or show you our compelling legitimate reasons that justify the continuation of the processing.

§ 8 Data security
(1) We use the commonly used SSL procedure (Secure Socket Layer) in connection with the highest encryption level supported by your browser during the website visit. Generally, this is a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we will instead use 128-bit v3 technology. Whether a specific page of our internet appearance is transmitted in encrypted form is indicated by the closed presentation of the key or padlock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
(2) We also use suitable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in accordance with technological developments.
